Do I Need Service Pack 3 or 4?
Depending on your situation, Procare Technical Support may direct you to install either Crystal Reports service pack 3 (SP3) or service pack 4 (SP4). Use the appropriate link below.

Download Service Pack 3 (SP3) for Crystal Reports
Click the link below and choose "Run".  If you're using Firefox choose "Save" - then on your Downloads list dbl-click CRRuntime_12_3_mlb.msi and choose "Run".

Download Service Pack 4 (SP4) for Crystal Reports
Click the link below and choose "Run".  If you're using Firefox choose "Save" - then on your Downloads list dbl-click CRRuntime_12_4_mlb.msi and choose "Run".
