We strongly encourage you to download the latest update for Procare v10. From the Utilities menu select "Check for Online Update". This update resolves an issue with the Biometric ID Pad (fingerprint reader), the Procare Touch and the Time Clock Touch. Customers using any combination of the units below should install the Update at their earliest convenience.
