 Software to generate Employee W2s and/or Vendor 1099s directly from data you have entered in the Payroll and Expenses & Ledger modules.  Order the actual W2 and/or 1099 paper forms separately.
  • Procare v10 version 10.2.4323 or higher
  • Paychecks posted in the Employee Data & Payroll modules  for last year (needed for W2s)
  • Vendor checks posted in the Expenses & Ledger module  for last year (needed for 1099s)
  • Preprinted W2 or 1099 forms in 2 per page format
