Technical Information

Bandwidth

• Our server facility offers Top level Connections through Qwest, Sprint and 360 Networks in addition to two regional Fiber rings.

Server Farm setup

• We host and operate our own high-end server hardware with dedicated IT staff. All systems are hardware redundant and power protected. We utilize Windows Server 2008, Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and accompanying suites behind layered hardware and software SPAM and Security measures.

Security & Backing up data

• We use an SSL-VPN appliance for encrypted connectivity. Each user connecting to the Procare Data Hosting solution has a unique User ID and Password which offers access to their own database.
• Our servers are in a mirror configuration utilizing a Raid 1(mirror) for the Operating System and Raid 5(Striped disks and with Parity) for SQL Data and Logs files. We will utilize backup to disc technology for daily backups.
