Procare and their technical and sales staff have provided prompt, helpful assistance with all issues that we faced along our journey. If a technician couldn't’t find a solution to an issue right away, they would work on it until they figured it out. They are always excited to help and that is important to us. The staff is pleasant to speak with and provided much needed help during our infamous “computer crash” of ’03. We would not have gotten back on track as soon as we did without their assistance. I could not imagine using any other software for our company.
