Our center is located in a small town of about 1,500 residents, and we also serve children from surrounding communities. We have the only preschool program in the area, and over half of the children entering kindergarten in Park River have attended our preschool. Our staff provide age-appropriate learning activities for ages birth to 10 years. We currently serve 68 children from 50 families.
I have been using Procare Software for over three years now, and really appreciate how much time I save in my work, thanks to the integrated features of the program. Billing is a breeze, and so is keeping track of Attendance. I also appreciate that I can produce monthly financial statements for our board of directors right from Procare and I have cut down on the time it takes to submit for reimbursement for the Food Program.
