Announcing Parent Initiated Online Payments

Tuition Express, Procare Software's integrated payment processing solution, announced today the introduction of Parent Initiated Online Payments and the discontinuation of the account pre-note process.

Online Payments – initiated by parents anytime they have internet access – adds another payment option to the Tuition Express lineup. Payments can now be initiated from within Procare, with the swipe of a credit card and by parents at TuitionExpress.com. Like every other payment processed by Tuition Express, all Online Payments will post automatically to the parents' ledger cards in Procare.

There is no fee for adding Online Payments to your Tuition Express account, and the fees associated with each online transaction are the same as those associated with payments initiated from within Procare.

Online Payments are another way Tuition Express is helping you get your money on-time, every time.

Tuition Express pre-notes – the testing of customers' account information - are over.

Since Tuition Express' inception, we have pre-noted customers' accounts. Over the years, we found that more and more banks did not participate in the pre-note process. So, instead of continuing to delay your ability to process payments while we waited for banks that may or may not respond to our inquiry, we have opted to do away with the process and expedite your ability to process payments.

Now, you can enter a new Tuition Express customer's information – or update the account information of an existing Tuition Express customer – and process a payment for them that day. Once new account information has been entered and a sync with Tuition Express complete, the customer will automatically become approved and you can process a payment immediately.
