New to Procare: First Time Set Up Training

Brand New to Procare?

This training session is designed specifically for persons brand new to Procare who are just getting started and have not used previous versions.

What You Will Learn

A Procare training specialist will connect to your computer and help you with these types of tasks (up to 1 hour):

• Overall Options: Choose your Region & School Options
• Procare Users: Set up people who will use Procare and assign them to the appropriate User Group
• Family Data Setup: Departments, Work Areas, Classrooms, Immunizations, etc.
• Accounting Setup: Chart of Accounts, Bank Accounts, Charge & Credit Descriptions, etc.
• The "Person" Concept: Add families, children, etc.
• Emergency Contacts, Pick Ups: Set up people connected to each child
• Billing Box: Set up recurring charges for each child
• Payments: Record private pay and agency payments (if applicable)
• Reports: Print basic reports like roll call sheets and statements

What Does It Cost?

The First Time Set Up training costs $60 for a 1 hour session. We'll cover as much as possible with you during the hour. Additional training time is available as needed.

Email training@procaresoftware.com. If there is a particular day or time that works well for you please let us know. Availability varies but normal training hours are weekdays from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Pacific (11:00 am - 7:00 pm Eastern).
