Conversion: First Time Set Up Training

Converting from Version 9?

This training session is designed specifically for persons converting from Procare version 9 to v10.

What You Will Learn

A Procare training specialist will connect to your computer and help you with these types of tasks (up to 1 hour):

• Prepare: Get your version 9 data ready to convert
• Converting: Take you through the actual conversion with your data
• v10 Options: Choose your Region & School Options
• Procare Users: Set User Group assignments so everyone is not a System Supervisor
• Merge Duplicate Items: Use Configuration Merge to combine categories with similar names
• Merge Duplicate People: Clear up data so each 'person' is only in the system once
• Family Data Setup: Departments, Work Areas, Classrooms, Immunizations, etc.
• Accounting Setup: Chart of Accounts, Bank Accounts, Charge & Credit Descriptions, etc.
• Emergency Contacts, Pick Ups: Set up people connected to each child
• Billing Box: Set up recurring charges for each child
• Payments: Record private pay and agency payments (if applicable)
• Reports: Print basic reports like roll call sheets and statements

What Does It Cost?

The First Time Set Up training costs $60 for a 1 hour session. We'll cover as much as possible with you during the hour. Additional training time is available as needed.
