Does ProCare offer a program for Affiliates or Resellers?
No. ProCare is sold and distributed solely through our in-house sales center.
May I bundle ProCare with other products or services I sell?
Yes. You may offer your clients the value added service of pre-installing ProCare on a computer system you sell or support, however, the sale of the software itself would happen directly through ProCare. No commissions or finders fees are paid to outside vendors. This would simply be an extra service offered to your clients. Of course you may charge your own installation fee as appropriate.

Are there incentives for current ProCare users to refer ProCare?
Absolutely. A large part of our new business comes from satisfied ProCare users telling other centers about us. You'll receive a free annual update or a check for each referral who invests in ProCare based upon your recommendation. More About Referrals »
Does ProCare partner with State or Regional Child Care Associations?
Yes. We may consider co-branding a marketing campaign to enhance exposure both for the association and ProCare. Typically we find that many association members are already ProCare users. In some cases we may also be able to offer a special discount to members of your association. Email ProCare for more information.

Will ProCare feature my site?
Yes. If you are a ProCare user and would like us to feature your center you may request a MyStory page which includes a link to your site.
May we link to the ProCare web site?
Certainly. If you feel that ProCare Software is a good match for visitors to your site we would be pleased to have you link to us. You may use a simple text link with the phrase "ProCare Child Care Management Software" or include our logo by following the examples on our Link To Us page.
Will ProCare make a Reciprocal link back to my site?
No. We will not link back to a site simply because you linked to us. However we do offer MyStory pages to ProCare users and a more general Child Care Resources page with links our users would find valuable. Generally these are links to national associations or topics of wide interest within the early childhood community.
Will ProCare pay for links, clicks, or banner ads?
No. Although we do advertise with the major search engines we do not place paid links or other forms of advertising on individual sites.
