Customer Support Representative

Under supervision, Customer Support Representatives provide support to end-user (customer) software-related questions and technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions. Solutions include, but are not limited to, resolving username and password problems, uninstalling/reinstalling the software application, verifying proper hardware and software set up, power cycling equipment, assisting with navigating around application menus and troubleshooting specific hardware issues.
