My Procare Story

My name is Brandy Ricketts Goins and our family owns Kid Kountry Early Learning Center. My parents started the center in 1985 and we now have children of children attending. All of our staff are either relatives or people we have known for 20 plus years. We are licensed for 133 children with a current enrollment of 125. The thing we are most proud of here is that it is very much a family environment, very homelike. We have people enrolling not because of advertisement, but because of reputation.

I have been using Procare for about 4 years now and I could not imagine doing bookwork by hand again. How did I manage without it? Ryan (our software consultant) was very helpful every time we purchased a new program to implement. He explained everything, told me not to worry and worked out payment programs. To this day I call him for help or just to say "Hi". Procare is the greatest program ever made for childcare centers.
