My ProCare Story

ProCare's ease of use has allowed me to focus on the more important things at the school, the children and their families! With Procare, I can process the billing with a few simple clicks of the mouse. The addition of Tuition Express, allowing us to automatically process tuition payments with credit cards and bank accounts has not only made collections easier, our bad debt is also down 90%. I highly recommend the program and could not imagine my life without it.

Here at the Children’s Tree we offer a nurturing, child-centered environment where children can develop independence, respect - both for themselves, others and their world we live in, and a lifelong love of learning. Students at the Children's Tree benefit from small classes, which are guided by teachers and aides who are Montessori certified. Our school is more than just a building and teachers though - it is a community made up of all the different families who believe in a better form of educating our children.

I originally started the school out of my home 7 years ago. In the beginning keeping track of the tuition, expenses, and having no payroll, I was able to manage the books myself. As we grew I was forced to hire a bookkeeper to help manage the accounts. Now with Procare I am back to doing it myself; quickly, easily and efficiently!

At the Children’s Tree we also offer a wide variety of enriching programs, such as Yoga, Music Together, Theater, Art, Library, Technology and Cultural Studies and although we are a school, rather than a daycare center, I have found that ProCare Software meets all our needs. The people at ProCare have thought of ways to help us track all of our different programs successfully so parents and teachers know where their students should be at all times.
