My ProCare Story

Procare Software helps me to look professional. I am able to spend my mornings greeting parents and not have to bury my head at my desk to complete paperwork!. Procare helps me with EVERYTHING - my tuition report and bank deposit, generating needed reports such as class rolls, year end tax information for parents, teacher schedules, and attendance. My weekly customer statements are impressive. Parents are able to receive weekly, monthly and yearly financial reports and Check their Children In from the parent computer using their private ID code. I can also generate reports at the click of a button to assist me in quickly completing forms for the USDA Food Program and the list goes on and on! Procare Software does it all.

I've also found that the Technical Support staff is always helpful and friendly. Sometimes I may call them three times in one day and yet they are always ready to answer any question I may have in a courteous manner. I've never personally met them, but I know them all by name! Thanks Procare.
