My ProCare Story
Hello, my name is Brooke San Felippo. I'm the owner of Little Friends Learning Center in Grafton, Wisconsin. Our story is simple but sweet. I started doing in-home childcare ten years ago. After a few years the paper work got to be overwhelming. It started taking away from the time I could spend in class helping out the teachers or with my four children. While everyone loves sitting at a desk all day checking for immunization updates, I felt it could be easier. I researched a few other programs and was not impressed because they didn't link information as efficiently as Procare.
The reports you can generate through ProCare are amazing and they honestly do help on a daily basis. I purchased Mini-ProCare to start, but now we have the full program along with almost every module. I've also added Tuition Express and it really helps with time I spend on filling out deposits and running them to the bank.
Another nice thing about ProCare is as you grow you can add to your program. You can set a payment plan also. I went from a center of just 10 children to one with more than 80 and a staff of 18 teachers in just 3 years. With ProCare I can track things like schedules, payments, and continuing education credits with the click of a button - saving me at least 4 hours a day that my nose isn't buried in files! I LOVE IT! Thanks to ProCare.
About Little Friends
Little Friends Learning Center offers a Montessori based curriculum including a children's library and computer lab. In addition to services for infants through pre-kindergarten Little Friends also offers before and after school care as well as fantastic summer programs.
