My ProCare Story
Hello, my name is Vicky Waggoner, Director of Southside Christian Academy in Batesville, AR. I’ve been using Procare Software for about 5 years and I absolutely love it.
It is our desire at SCA to provide a wholesome and educational experience for children while their parents work. Many hours of thoughtful preparation have gone into planning a place for children to develop spiritually, intellectually, socially, and physically in a happy environment under well-trained, loving guidance. Our motto is "Touching Lives and Shaping Futures".
I’ve worked in early childhood for 17 years and I have never found a record keeping program any better than Procare. I simply don’t have enough paper to tell you how much Procare does for us and how much time it saves us! We enroll many children throughout the year and Procare helps keep it all straight. Immunizations used to be a big deal. Now, all I do is put each child’s information in as I enroll them and Procare lets me know when an immunization is due. It also allows me to print out a reminder for the parents. Another reason I love Procare is for the automatic billing. We bill everyone each Monday, then insert payments and print bills all in about 20 minutes. So easy!
About Southside Christian Academy
Licensed for 144 children, Southside Christian Academy provides services for infants, toddlers and preschool age children. Our children enjoy super chapel, which includes upbeat Christian music, puppets, stories and more. There are many extras available such as piano lessons and gymnastics as well as speech and development tutoring through local agencies.
