My ProCare Story
Hello. I'm Jonathan Pearce, President of Sugar ’n Spice Preschools and Vacation Station. At Sugar ’n Spice we pursue a program geared toward helping children develop habits of observation, questioning, and listening. Over the past eight years, we have grown from a single center (licensed for 250 children) to four centers and two “Vacation Station” after school programs at local schools (Cathedral Carmel and Lafayette Lutheran). Our current licensed capacity now totals over 600.
ProCare and their technical and sales staff have provided prompt, helpful assistance with all issues that we faced along our journey. If a technician couldn't’t find a solution to an issue right away, they would work on it until they figured it out. They are always excited to help and that is important to us. The staff is pleasant to speak with and provided much needed help during our infamous “computer crash” of ’03. We would not have gotten back on track as soon as we did without their assistance. I could not imagine using any other software for our company.
About Sugar ’n Spice
Sugar ’n Spice has four Class “A” licensed locations in Louisiana: Lafayette, Youngsville, Broussard, and Carencro/Scott. Programs are available for children ages 6 weeks through preschool. For school age children the Vacation Station program provides a safe, relaxed environment available after school, during holidays and in the summer.
