My ProCare Story
Hi my name is Kerry Andrade and I work at You & Me Children's Center, a small, privately owned childcare center that has been open for over 25 years. At You & Me we focus on child directed play and encourage a family atmosphere while at school. We want children to experience a sense of community, to build friendships, to be at ease with a range of people, to embrace differences and to deepen their compassion for others. We also have an experienced and dedicated teaching staff with many of the teachers at our center having been with us for over 15 years.
The area that I enjoy most about ProCare Software is the flexibility and the amount of information about the children with just one small click. The teachers have loved the birthday reports and class schedules I have been able to give them in just a few minutes.
The transition from our old software to ProCare was so simple. I had the whole system down with in an hour. I was able to set up the system to our specifics and have enjoyed those benefits immediately.
ProCare also provided us with fabulous customer support! Any time I have had a question, my call was answered quickly and by a real person. I appreciate that my time was valued by not having to wait on hold for hours or having to push 100 numbers to finally get to a live person. One time I had to leave a message in their voice mail about a question and the ProCare staff returned my call that very day and left me a message. They continued to follow up on the call until they got a hold of me. How nice it is to have a support team that keeps checking in on you about your call!
