Each time we have an issue with our Procare, we typically have to wait a good 20-25 minutes to talk to someone which is completely understandable, however the Customer Support help has always been extremely polite and helpful!

Pros:

The many tools that it has for us to utilize.

Cons:

Constantly having to change the password. HA!
