Who installs the system?


Professional Solutions does not perform installations therefore installation is not included in pricing. Installation and wiring of an electrically operated door must be performed by a local security company locksmith or electrician of your choice. Please print the Installation Instructions (which contain specifications and a wiring diagram) to obtain a bid. Pricing will vary based on the location, type of door and fire/safety requirements in your area.

Does the Keyless Entry System clock in and out my families and employees?


No. This feature is offered with the ProCare Time Clock. The Keyless Entry System is used to monitor and control exterior door access.

Is the Keyless Entry System intended for after hours security?


No. The Keyless Entry System is designed for use during normal business hours only. A dead bolt or similar device will be needed when the building is closed.
