Get 30 minutes of Live Online Training for free with your first time purchase of ProCare. To qualify you must Schedule your Training within 3 months of your initial purchase.

How does Live Training work?

A ProCare training specialist will connect to your computer so you can work live on your own data while we answer questions and guide you through the process. A high speed internet connection is recommended.

When should I take my Training Session?

Start by taking the self-paced ProCare Tutorials, then schedule your training after you feel comfortable with the basics. This way you can get the most from your training session and ask questions specific to your situation.

What does the training cover?

Anything you want as long as it is related to ProCare. Each training session is customized just for you so we can cover very basic information like entering a new family or more specific topics like how to best set up your billing or attendance tracking. Since each training session is one-on-one with you and the instructor there is no preset curriculum.

Can I get Additional Training?

Absolutely. At the end of your free 30 minute session you'll have to option to continue the current session or schedule more Live Training at another time. Additional training is offered at $30 per half-hour block charged to your credit card.

More than 2 Locations?

If you have more than 2 locations our policy is to offer a single special session (up to 90 minutes) to "train the trainer". That way you can be sure your staff members are instructed by you in a consistent manner across all locations.
