Live Training - Customized for You

ProCare Live Training

Live Online Training

Live training sessions cover what you want to know about using ProCare for your particular situation and are available at just $30 per half-hour block.

We'll walk you through live examples of ProCare in action, or choose to share your computer desktop with the instructor for a true hands-on learning experience. You'll call in to speak with the instructor and ask questions while we guide you through each step. Learn from the comfort of your home or office while working live on your own ProCare information.

Live training is perfect for any situation where you need additional help, like training new employees or learning new software modules. Even if you already know the basics you'll want to learn how to get the most from ProCare with the guidance of an experienced ProCare instructor.

On-Site Training

On site, personal training empowers you and your staff to fully realize the powerful features of ProCare Childcare Management Software through education and hands on learning. Comprehensive instruction covering product use and configuration will assist staff in obtaining the most from ProCare. On site training is subject to availability. A flat daily rate is charged, plus air fare, travel days, accommodations & meals as appropriate. Training rates are per day, not per person.

Training at our facility - $950 per day
We encourage the concept of "Train the Trainer", where a few key members of your staff come to our headquarters in beautiful Southern Oregon. Our facility offers a comfortable environment with computers, projectors, etc. readily available. You'll also have access to ProCare staff members with expertise in a variety of areas. Bring your staff (up to 6 persons) and arrange your own side trips to Crater Lake National Park, world class theater and concerts, or outdoor activities like skiing, white water rafting, hiking or biking.

Training at your facility - $950 per day plus travel & expenses
Training at your facility makes sense when travel to Oregon is not feasible or the training will involve many staff members. Advantages include training in a familiar setting, lower travel costs and less time away from home. It's important to have an appropriate training room available to minimize distractions and allow key staff members to participate effectively in the learning process.
