• New "Employee Notes" report prints notes entered in the Notes/Comments field on the Employee Information Screen. The new report is located under General Reports > Letter K: Special Reports > Employee Notes (April release)
• Updated State Tax Tables to reflect changes since the first of the year for: Alabama, California and Utah (April release)
• Significant enhancements to the software used to communicate with the ProCare Time Clock. The new self-healing ability (See Blog) enables the software to automatically reconnect to the clock during periods of intermittent network connectivity and adjust to DHCP address changes (March release)

• Enhancements to the new Credit Card Swipe / Point of Sale feature for Tuition Express. Process individual credit card payments from families or set up recurring payments from a bank account or charge them to a credit card.

• Michigan Tax Tables - updated to reflect new MI tax rates (October 2007).

• New - Copy Email Feature. Use the Select Button in Family Data & Accounting to choose a group of families to email. Then compose a message in your email program and paste the addresses in the "To" box.
• New - Customer Payment Summary report. Similar to a traditional customer statement the Payment Summary shows only payments made and comes in both standard and windowed envelope formats.
• New - Billing Reminder feature for Family Accounting. Easily set reminder dates for rate changes to individual families. • Email letters with ProCare's built-in letter merge! Can be used to email things like past due notices or field trip reminders to selected families (all families at once). You may also email letters to vendors with the Accounts Payable module.
• Email reports from any ProCare module! Email employee timecards to your payroll service, or financial reports to a corporate office, or even an individual customer statement to a specific family (one family at a time).
