We truly appreciate the great customer service team at ProCare. Our concerns are addressed in a timely manner and our issues are usually resolved right away.
We really like the reports that we are able to generate in Procare. It saves us a great deal of time when we need very specific information.
I really like many of the features in Procare; however, it would be really great if some of the fields auto populated (for example when entering the budget information it has to be re-entered for each quarter after it has already been entered for the year). While this is a minor inconvenience, it would be nice if it could be enhanced.
I would definitely watch the module related to the area I had a question about prior to contacting customer service. I have found that many times my questions were answered simply by visiting Procaresupport.com.Stephanie
