I had a problem with getting started, getting online and having both my checking monitor and server communicating with each other. My technician was so patient, he remote accessed the computers, was able to pin point the problem, fix the problem while explaining the process. I enjoyed speaking to him and learning more about the system. He was very very knowledgeable not only about ProCare but also about issues that may have caused my problem needless to say I am up and running. Thank you Procare, you have an awesome program and even a better staff that makes it easy. Blessings always

I am able to communicate with the parents by sending them a message through ProCare as soon as they sign in. Love that feature.
