Saves time and makes billing, collections and time sheets for payroll much easier.

Pros:

With the Cloud based Procare, I can work from home. Also, I never have to worry about getting the back-up done. I also really like the billing process and the statements that I can create for parents. I could never get QuickBooks to produce the statements that I really needed.

Cons:

It is a double edged sword, Procare can do so much, it is taking me longer than I would like to learn all the features. And it does not happen frequently, but there are times that the Cloud service does not work and parents and staff are not able to clock in or out.
