We love Procare at the Child Development Center. We have been using the same clock for six years, and as it began to fail, we called support for their advice. We agreed that it was time for a new clock, which came in two work days. Installation was made easy with Tech Support from Michael, who walked us through the set up and configuration. Thank you for your great tech support department. We have called on them for several things over the years and they are always helpful and courteous. We also love that your tech support is available as early as 6:00 am Pacific Time, allowing those of us in the Central Time Zone to get help early in the morning.
