Health and Wellness

Our goal is to help employees be the best inside and outside of work. Employees have access to medical, dental and vision insurance for themselves and their dependents. Our generous PTO policy encourages employees to take time to relax and recharge. We offer many paid holidays and offer volunteer time off to encourage employees to make a difference in their community. 

Paid Parental Leave

We are committed to providing our employees with time off to be healthy and maintain a positive work-life balance with their families. Paid parental leave is available for the birth, care and bonding with a newborn child, a newly adopted or newly placed child.

Financial

We offer a 401(k) plan with a generous safe-harbor employer match to help employees save and invest for retirement on a pre-tax and/or Roth basis. Additional benefits include short- and long-term disability and life and accident insurance at no cost to the employee. We contribute to employee Health Savings Accounts and offer several tax deferred spending accounts.

Compensation

Our compensation packages are based on a compensation philosophy that is both equitable and competitive in today’s industry. We offer multiple positions and currently employ in over 26 states and Canada.
