Joe Gomes

President and CEO

Joe believes in the value of cohesive teams that openly work together to achieve a common goal. By teaching and listening to those around him, he exemplifies this value not only in the office, but also with his family and community.

He brings a 25-year track record of leadership and experience to Procare Solutions. Most recently, Joe served as President and CEO at PowerPlan, a Roper Technologies business that is a leading provider of financial software for asset-intensive industries. For over six years, he led the company through transformational growth, guiding it in developing solutions that account for over $4 trillion in infrastructure. Previously, he served as President and CEO at IPA, a leading healthcare technology provider and Roper Technologies business. Prior to IPA, Joe held various leadership positions at MedAssets, WebMD and Eli Lilly & Company.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Auburn University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Joe, his wife Lauren, and three children live in Georgia. Outside of work, Joe enjoys fishing, skiing and coaching pretty much any sport his kids play.

Sean joined Procare Solutions in 2024, bringing over 14 years of finance experience.

At Procare Solutions, he oversees all financial operations, aligning financial strategies with the company’s growth and operational goals.

Before joining Procare Solutions, Sean held leadership positions at Western Union and Worldpay. He brings a wealth of expertise in financial planning, analysis and capital management. Known for his dedication to operational excellence, he has played a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth and navigating the complex financial landscape of the payments industry.

Sean earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Hendrix College and a Masters of Business Administration from Christian Brothers University.

Sean lives in Denver and enjoys spending time with his wife and son, taking full advantage of Colorado outdoor activities including hiking, skiing, fly-fishing and camping.

Sam Loveland

Sam Loveland is the Chief Customer Officer at Procare Solutions. In her role, she leads the customer organization, with the mission of ensuring customers quickly get live and to value while guaranteeing their ongoing success.

Prior to joining Procare Solutions, Sam served as the Chief Customer Officer at Salesloft. There, she oversaw multiple functions, including Professional Services, Alliances, Customer Support, Customer Success and Renewals, and Customer Education.

Before Salesloft, she ran ServiceNow’s Customer Success organization, a 500+ global team focused on driving product adoption and value for customers. Sam has many years of experience leading post-sales organizations at market-leading SaaS companies like Salesforce, Yammer/Microsoft, and FinancialForce, where she ran functions such as Professional Services, Customer Success, Renewals, Support, and Training. She also spent over eight years at Deloitte Consulting, specializing in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy and processes. Sam began her career as a software developer for large, global financial institutions.

Sam holds a B.A. in Quantitative Economics from UCSD and an MBA from Columbia University.

Priyank Johri

Priyank Johri

Priyank is a technology leader known for building high-performing engineering cultures, modernizing platforms and delivering customer-focused solutions. He has led global product and engineering teams across the U.S., Europe, South America and India, developing SaaS platforms for industries such as telecom, healthcare and financial services.

Most recently, Priyank led global engineering at GHX, overseeing healthcare supply chain products used worldwide. Previously, he helped launch Healthgrades’ market-leading SaaS CRM. A champion of innovation, Priyank is excited about the potential of AI to boost team efficiency and developed intuitive customer applications with AI, reflecting his commitment to driving growth and innovation.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the Shri G.S. Institute of Technology and Science, a Master of Science from the University of Georgia and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University.

Priyank, his wife and two children live in Colorado. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, biking and tennis. When he’s not outside, you might find him playing his acoustic guitar or harmonium.

David is responsible for executing Procare Solutions’ growth and revenue strategy, overseeing new sales, growth of the existing portfolio and payment operations. He manages teams that consult with centers and educate on best practices to maximize efficiencies through usage of the full Procare product suite.
 
David brings over 16 years’ experience leading high-growth technology companies from early-stage start-up to global Fortune 500 companies.  Before joining the Procare, David led growth and enablement at Worldpay and FIS, and partnered with SaaS-based technology companies to expand product offerings and grow market share.
 
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management San Diego State University. 
 
David lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife and four kids.  When not running from one kid’s sporting activity to another, the family can be found traveling or entertaining friends at one of the many local lakes in the area.
