JoAnn Kintzel

Chief Executive Officer

JoAnn Kintzel brings more than 30 years of experience in the software and financial industries to her role as chief executive officer of Procare Solutions.

Since assuming leadership in October 2016, she has overseen Procare Solutions’ growth into the largest provider of early childhood education software. Under her direction, she guided the product’s evolution from child care management to an all-in-one solution that incorporates curriculum and assessments, substantially growing the company to support over 37,000 child care providers.

Her achievements include creating a successful enterprise strategy and a focused approach to company operations. The business goals she develops drive revenue and profitability while advancing Procare’s software and merchant services operation. She was also named to the list of Calibre One’s ranking of the top 25 women leaders in U.S. private equity-backed software two years in a row. She was also honored with the prestigious 2024 ASU+GSV Power of Women Award.

Before her role at Procare Solutions, JoAnn led as president of TaxAct, Inc. Prior to TaxAct, she held key executive positions at AEGON USA Investment Management. Her extensive background also includes leadership roles at Parsons Technology and its successor organizations of Intuit, Broderbund, The Learning Company and Mattel.

Ms. Kintzel, earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in accounting and business administration from Mount Mercy University. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling and outdoor activities.

Marc Arseneau

Marc is responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, legal, human resources and risk management at Procare Solutions. 

He brings 30 years’ experience as a leader in strategic and operational finance within the software and technology services industries to this role.  

Prior to joining Procare Solutions in 2018, Marc was the CFO of Oildex, an AKKR portfolio technology company that was sold to DrillingInfo (now Enervus).

He has also held CFO roles at TTEC, a global customer experience company, and TriZetto, a health care technology company, in addition to senior finance roles at Microsoft and Cap Gemini.
  
Marc holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from Northeastern University in Boston.
 
Marc and his wife are now empty nesters after seeing their 2 children off to college. Marc likes to play competitive cornhole and hike in the Colorado mountains in his spare time. 

Jon Pollock

Jon oversees a team of product managers and user experience designers who work tirelessly to deliver Procare’s customers with innovative child care center management SaaS and payment solutions. 
 
As head of product at Procare Solutions, Jon has laid the groundwork for Procare’s short-term and long-term product strategy. During his tenure at Procare Solutions, Jon has launched several new products and services including Procare Online (Procare’s new modern SaaS solution), mobile applications for both parents and teachers, as well as Procare Early Learning which includes a fully integrated all-digital early learning curriculum partnership and solution.  
 
Before joining Procare Solutions in 2019, Jon was senior vice president and head of the U.S. core product of Worldpay, a global leader in integrated omni-commerce payments that processes more than 40 billion transactions annually. 
 
Prior to Worldpay, he was vice president of product management and development at Asurion where he led the development of SoutoTM, a premium tech support offering for smartphone users sold via the carrier channel with over 40 million monthly subscribers.  
 
His background also includes 25 years of experience at leading payments and tech companies such as  WorldPay, Dell Inc, Intel Corp, Polaroid Corp, Ausrion, and Novell Inc.  At these companies, he developed a rounded skill set as he served in roles including product management, product development, product planning and marketing. 
 
When Jon is not working, he spends his time with his wife Melissa of 30+ years and their 4 children and soon be granddaughter. Jon loves all water sports and is an avid wake surfer.  Jon holds a Master of Business Administration from Brigham Young University.  

Tammie Hogan

Tammie leads Procare Solutions’ customer success programs and customer experience strategies. Her role includes overseeing customer onboarding, technical support and account management. Tammie joined Procare Solutions in 2019 with over 20 years of experience in software and technology services as a customer success leader.  

Before joining Procare Solutions, she was the senior vice president of operations for DrillingInfo, LLC, where she led the project management office, implementation teams, customer support and training. Prior to DrillingInfo, Tammie was the chief operating officer of Oildex, where she led the operational teams that supported, implemented, and managed software customers. Prior to her software and technology experience, Tammie was an operational leader of multi-store retail management with the Gap Inc.  

Tammie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Colorado, Boulder (one of her favorite books is “Good to Great” by Jim Collins), She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to new places.

Klavs joined Procare Solutions in 2019. In his role as CTO, he oversees Procare’s technology strategy and execution and leads the software engineering and infrastructure teams delivering on Procare’s product roadmap. He also oversees information security and compliance. 
 
Prior to joining Procare Solutions, Klavs held similar senior technology leadership roles in companies including DHI Group/Dice.com, onTargetjobs, Quark, Vericept and Baan. He initially started his career as a software engineer, and holds a Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering from Herning, Denmark. 
 
When not working on delivering world-class solutions to customers, Klavs enjoys being active with his wife and son in many different sports, especially mountain biking, triathlon, basketball, tennis and volleyball.

David Schielein

David is responsible for executing Procare Solutions’ growth and revenue strategy, overseeing new sales, growth of the existing portfolio and payment operations. He manages teams that consult with centers and educate on best practices to maximize efficiencies through usage of the full Procare product suite.
 
David brings over 16 years’ experience leading high-growth technology companies from early-stage start-up to global Fortune 500 companies.  Before joining the Procare, David led growth and enablement at Worldpay and FIS, and partnered with SaaS-based technology companies to expand product offerings and grow market share.
 
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management San Diego State University. 
 
David lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife and four kids.  When not running from one kid’s sporting activity to another, the family can be found traveling or entertaining friends at one of the many local lakes in the area.

Maia joined Procare Solutions in 2021, bringing over 25 years of experience in technology marketing working for Fortune 100 firms as well as start-ups. 
 
At Procare Solutions, she is responsible for marketing operations, product marketing and demand generation, and leads a team focused on new business and cross-sell opportunities.   
 
Prior to Procare, she was the executive vice president of marketing at Ministry Brands, a leader in church management software and payment solutions.  Before Ministry Brands, she led the marketing efforts at Flexera Software, an enterprise software solution for independent software vendors and global organizations.  In addition, she led the product marketing efforts for the client development division of LexisNexis, the largest provider of technologies and services for professional services firms. 
 
Maia earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communications and Business from Washington State University and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University. 
 
Outside of Procare Solutions, Maia has three adult daughters in college and has added four foster cats to her family over the years.  She is a high school volleyball official and spent many years on the road watching her twin daughters play college volleyball.

As Procare Solution’s general manager of ChildPlus, Aldor is responsible for the strategy, operations and execution of the market-leading Head Start software and solutions provided by ChildPlus. By focusing the team on the vision of giving as many vulnerable children an opportunity to succeed as possible, Aldor and his team build a product that gives a positive user experience while providing other services that customers love and employees love to provide.  
 
Prior to joining Procare Solutions in early 2022, Aldor was the executive vice president for K-12 products at Community Brands, a software-as-a-service company with leading software for the private school market that delivered admissions, enrollment, tuition and payments solutions.  
 
Before that, he was the senior vice president of digital efficiency at Fiserv, where he led a team of product managers, software engineers and sales representatives who delivered back-office accounting, reconciliation and document management solutions to the world’s largest banks.  Additionally, Aldor held several executive roles at ADP from strategy to marketing to general management.  

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Kennesaw State University and a Master of Business Administration from the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business. 
 
Aldor lives in Milton, Georgia with his wife, son and daughter and their pack of four dogs. When not working with the incredible team at ChildPlus, Aldor and his wife are active in the Georgia dog rescue community. They also keep busy supporting their son in his competitive powerlifting career and Aldor practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu whenever he can.
