This policy describes what Procare collects, and how we use, protect, and disclose information collected and created during your use of this Procare website.

WHAT WE COLLECT 

When you visit our site, we automatically collect:

You may opt-out from receiving marketing email at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email you receive from us. 

At times we may ask you for contact information or conduct online surveys to better understand your needs, so that we can provide you with a customized experience. If we wish to use this information other than as set forth in this Privacy Policy, we will let you know at the time of collection. 

USE OF COOKIES 

Our site use cookies, which are small files stored on your computer that contain information about your visits (see “What We Collect” above). SECURITY AND ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION

Access to such information is restricted to employees who are subject to an Employee Restrictive Covenant Policy.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS  

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident, you have the right to receive: a) information identifying any third-party companies to whom we may have disclosed, within the past year, personal information pertaining to you and your family for that company’s direct marketing purposes; and b) a description of the categories of personal information disclosed. “DO NOT TRACK” SIGNALS  

Do Not Track is a privacy preference you can set in your browser. When you turn on the Do Not Track, the browser sends a message to sites requesting them not to track the user. Currently, Procare does not respond to Do Not Track browser settings. In addition, Procare may use other technologies that are standard to the Internet to track visitors.
