Procare Software® is searching for a Corporate Recruiter to help facilitate the rapid growth of our organization. Partnering with hiring managers, the Corporate Recruiter will own the full life-cycle of recruiting; from sourcing and screening candidates through extending offers. The Corporate Recruiter will manage the recruiting efforts for all departments within the organization ranging from administrative positions through highly technical positions. Key Responsibilities Include:
Partner with hiring managers to assess and determine need for additional staff;
Draft job descriptions and position requisitions as necessary and facilitate approvals;
Source qualified candidates through job postings and seeking out passive candidates utilizing creative sourcing methods to ensure effectiveness;
Assist with internal recruiting for department transfers;
Assess candidate qualifications through resume screening, phone screening, and reference checking; make recommendations for interviews to hiring managers for qualified candidates;
Coordinate the logistics of interviews for qualified candidates;
Function as the liaison between candidates and the hiring manager as needed;
Manage relationships with and act as the point-person for external staffing agencies, as needed;
Manage relationships with and act as the point-person for technical schools and other educational sourcing organizations, as needed;
Follows up with both candidates and hiring managers for feedback and to ensure the recruiting process continues to move forward;
Assist in making offer recommendations, facilitating the offer approval process and extend employment offers as needed;
Develop and maintain strong relationship with candidates and internal staff;
Effectively track recruiting efforts, timeline and effectiveness, reporting regular status updates to management staff;
Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS);
Ensures compliance with applicable state and federal laws as it relates to recruiting and hiring.
Must Be Competent In:
Recruiting for a wide range of functions, including highly technical and senior management positions;
Polished, professional, and effective communication and demeanor;
Strong business acumen with the ability to effectively assess staffing needs and candidate qualifications, ensuring only the most qualified candidates are presented;
Maintaining corporate cultural, professional, and ethical standards;
Establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships;
Effective sourcing methods – job boards, professional affiliations, references, networking, etc.
Managing fast-paced recruiting efforts in a rapidly growing organization;
Taking initiative and continually seeking opportunities for better efficiency and effectiveness.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred;
At least 5 years’ experience recruiting for a wide-array of functions within a rapidly growing or changing technology company;
Demonstrated ability to recommend only the best candidates for open positions;
Experience working both autonomously and as a team member, managing the recruiting process within an organization.
