Reporting to the CFO, the Marketing & Sales Analyst will be a critical business partner to the marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Partner with the Chief Marketing Officer to understand the efficacy of marketing spend, particularly search marketing spend on driving new leads for Procare Software®;
Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer to understand key sales metrics including inbound conversion rates, outbound sales metrics as well as developing and advising on sales compensation strategies;
Become a “super-user” of the Company’s marketing and sales enablement software: Pardot and Salesforce respectively;
Analyze current and past financial and performance delivering insights and recommendations;
Prepare reports including trends and forecasts. Coordinate with various team members to review financial information and forecasts;
Assist with annual budgeting and forecast processes;
Compute what -ifs, break-evens and ROIs for marketing and sales opportunities;
Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models, as needed.
Must Be Competent In:
Google Analytics and relevant SEO analytical experience required
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience embedded in marketing or sales organization is desirable
Familiarity with data query/data management tools including Power BI
Independent worker and analytical and critical thinker
Ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve problems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Positive, can-do attitude, collaborative, with strong work ethic
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred;
At least 5 years’ experience with sales and marketing analytics within a rapidly growing or changing technology company;
Demonstrated ability to recommend only the best candidates for open positions;
Experience working both autonomously and as a team member, managing the recruiting process within an organization.
