In this full-time position, you will
Research and monitor existing client base, industry trends & developments to identify potential new product opportunities.
Be responsible for the product roadmap and strategy.
Drive innovation and design of new and existing products and product features to deliver company goals.
Work with other departments to establish a design, technology, and product development strategy, ensuring products meet user and business needs.
Challenge cross-functional team to think boldly and creatively and then funnel that energy into concrete products and execution plans.
Clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, from internal stakeholders to external-facing business teams.
Manage and coordinate product development projects and monitor market trends that indicate the need for new products and services.
Use customer and market research and data analysis to communicate product vision to management and various stakeholders.
Prioritize and maintain feature backlog.
Present documentation and ideas to project teams.
Communicates status, issues, etc. to immediate and broader team when necessary.
Identify business and technical impacts of user requirements.
What we’re looking for
5+ years of experience in Software Product Management.
Technical experience with a degree in business, computer science, or related field building software products is required.
Demonstrate strong problem solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a structured, honest and rigorous thought process.
Proven track record of working cross-functionally in a highly collaborative innovation-driven environment.
