Important Plan Details

Annual Conference Discount 

Learning Plan subscribers will receive $50 off this year’s ChildPlus Software Training Scramble!! registration fee for each registrant. Programs must have an active Learning Plan at the time of the Training Scramble!! to receive the discount. Discount codes will be issued to eligible subscribers and will expire when the Learning Plan expires. 

Starter Learning Plan – Scheduling & Use 
– Live virtual training hours must be used on consecutive days within the same week 
– All hours must be completed within the contracted 12-month period

Standard Learning Plan – Scheduling & Use 
– Training dates are based on instructor availability 
– In-person training days must be: 
— Used on consecutive days within the same week 
— Completed within the contracted 12-month period 
— Scheduled at least 6 weeks in advance 
– Programs will be required to sign an additional on-site confirmation once dates are finalized

Premium Learning Plan – Scheduling & Use 
– All services must be completed within the contracted 12-month period 
– Programs agree to: 
— Complete the initial consultation and establish a consulting plan within 30 days of the start date 
— Schedule the on-site visit at least 6 weeks in advance 
– The on-site visit must be completed within the contracted 12-month period 
– Programs will be required to sign an additional on-site confirmation once dates are finalized
